The Founder

Lola Sánchez Liste

Mother of two, and founder of Rockin’Blinks, Lola is an infant and child sleep consultant, certified by the Family Sleep Institute.

Born in Argentina, and based in New York since 2012, she founded Julia Duerme  (2016) and Rockin’Blinks (2020) to help families all around the world establish healthy sleep habits at home. Lola works with each family, assessing their child’s unique sleep situation, creating sleep plans, and supporting and guiding them towards better sleep.

During her struggles as a first-time mom, with heavy postpartum anxiety and a baby with painful acid reflux, she noticed how difficult it was to access to basic sleep information about babies. She later became an advocate of the importance of sleep during childhood and made her mission to find new channels to bring families easy access to essential sleep information.

Rockin´Blinks was born with the idea that every sleep related product should include basic tips to help families understand sleep and implement routines that help their children get better sleep.

Lola has a Degree in Human Resources from UCES (Argentina) and a Postgraduate Degree in Cooperation, International Development and Poverty Reduction from UCM (Spain). Before becoming a sleep consultant, she worked in international development positions, researching and managing projects in the field of Poverty Reduction, Natural Disasters, and Education, with assignments in Argentina, Spain, Honduras and missions in Georgia (Caucasus), Myanmar, and Mexico. Her professional carrier took a big turned after motherhood, becoming a passionate pediatric sleep consultant.

Her goal is to make Sleep Education accessible to all.

Sleep Education

Like many wellness routines, sleep takes a lot of consistency and practice. But it also takes education. Children change so much those first few weeks and years, and a key part of building healthy sleep habits is understanding their sleep development. But it can be hard to do it all on your own.
